How do online lessons work - with young students?

Is your child curious about music?
Can they sit still for around 90 seconds? That’s all we need to engage a child in music learning. Kids with short attention spans can learn. They are learning all the time.
What does it feel like to be a child? To be a five-year old?
Five year olds are inquisitive. At Kay Lowry Piano, we capture curiosity!
o You might find us telling a quick story, or using our prepared animal erasers on a game board, or playing rhythm instruments (even online!)
o We are on the floor, at the keyboard, or dancing around! We move our bodies, even during online lessons!
o imitating sounds with the teacher at the piano
Piano Lessons help curb learning delays in children.
Research is tracking what happens to children with weak hand grip. Some of the problems they may experience are:
When your child enters school, he or she will be required to use hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills throughout their day. If the hands are weak, your child will be fatigued during school and not able to maximize learning.
At Kay Lowry Piano, our musical activities solve these problems. We strengthen kids’ hands through piano lessons, and involve both sides of the brain in games and music.
Let’s see what we can do to get your child ready for school!
