Who knew we could have a camp via Zoom?

Four students and a crazy teacher set out to have some fun on July 7-9.

Armed with a bag of everyday objects, each day our students logged on to Zoom.  We played games, conducted science experiments, played piano music, and even invented our own instruments!
Parents loved the camp, too.  Here are some comments we received about the Musical STEM camp:

"Mamie love the camp very much.  She showed me the cup-drum yesterday. I asked her which parts is her favorite. She said all of them , especially the creative idea to make things. I like the way it consists - morning and afternoon session. There was a afternoon program-  Mad Science in OKE . Mamie used to be in the program. I think your musical STEM camp is similar to that program.  In each class the kids will get some material to make some gadgets and learn the physical or chemistry knowledge.  Its not boring compared the regular online classes."  - Sarah

"
I personally witnessed Ryan staying fully focused throughout his STEM session. Loved the creative show n tell sessions where they got to show off! Overall Ryan did have a FANTASTIC time!! It was really an innovative camp throughout!" - Jay

"My son absolutely loved the STEM camp. He told me that today was the worst day because the STEM camp ended today 😍. I think the spilt format worked for us, though the attention span would not be an issue for him. He has been practicing Robotic Rise since Monday and I love that I don't have to tell him to practice - he's been doing it on his own. The only way my son  says you could make the camp better is by making it longer. 😃. Thank you so much for all your hard work that must have gone behind it!" - Richa

We hope you will join us for a Musical STEM camp in the future!  Let's do all we can to encourage our young scientists and future inventors:)
